Features

Package Tracking

Find Package – Change “More” to “Less” when filter expanded

• The ‘More’ button will now change to ‘Less’ when filtering fields as expected

Dashboard – Create Customizable Pop Up Message for Customer

• Enable Customizable Message setting has been added to ‘Admin -> Expert Settings – Advanced System Settings’

  • Disabled by default

  • When enabled and customizable message field is filled (if enabled and field is not filled i.e. blank or whitespace it will not display the popup modal) will display formatted modal with field content on the Dashboard

  • Message field limit is 1500 characters

• When enabled, a popup modal on Dashboard will display for all Users upon Login

  • If a User logs out then back in they will be prompted again

  • User must hit the Accept button to proceed with site access, modal cannot be dismissed by refreshing or clicking outside of it. Once accepted the popup will not appear for their current session

  • If Enable Customizable Message setting is enabled while user is already logged in they won’t receive the popup until they log out and in again

History – Processing import displays with “Stalled” status

• Resolved an issue where the import status would show “Stalled” while an import was currently in progress

  • “In Progress” will now display while an import is in progress

• A “Stalled” import will now occur when:

  • Incorrectly formatted data present

  • Exceeding time limit

    • Time limit for Recipient and PO imports is globally set to 15 minutes

Admin

Log Failed Login Attempts

• Each failed login attempt is now saved to a log

• Account lock status and failed login attempts via site or handheld are now saved

• Failed Login Attempt log is deleted after 3 months

Reskin the ‘Device Sync Databases’ page (dbadmin.php)

• Updated the ‘Device Sync Databases’ page for both SqBx and WTS to reflect the new UI

Enhancements

Package Tracking

Package Contents – First listed doesn’t display numeric and decimal value on Modify

• Resolved an issue where the Receive screen would not load the Package Contents field when a numeric number or decimal point was used when attempting to Modify the package

Receive – Weight not calculating charges

• Resolved an issue on the Receive screen where the ‘Weight’ field would not update the ‘Charges’ field when ‘Weight’ was set to ‘Required’

Receive – Adding a new Sender is not Performing a Check when Module Window Closes

• Resolved an issue on the Receive screen where the Receive and Deliver Now buttons would stay grayed out when entering in a new Sender using the add Sender button

Current Undelivered – Blank grid configuration option when Quick Search is disabled

• Resolved an issue where there would be an a blank option you could toggle to display Userfields in the grid on Current Undelivered when Quick Search was disabled

Communication “SqBx User” rule doesn’t populate properly

• Resolved an issue where creating a communication rule on the WTS skin for a specific user, the user’s name is not being displayed in the rule and the emails/sms were not being received

Account Lockout – Lock not being cleared after 30 minutes on site

• Resolved an issue where a Locked Account from failed login attempts would not automatically unlock after 30 minutes

Password Reset – Error when inputting invalid username

• Resolved an issue with the Password Reset process where entering in a username that is not in the database would display a 500 error on dedicated servers with 1 database

Sitewide – Issues when password contains + symbol

• Resolved an issue where using ‘+’ in the password would cause issues when updating or creating the password on the following screens:

  • My Account – Would not accept old password with a ‘+’ to change password

  • User Admin – Would not trigger re-used password validation when using ‘+’

  • Password Reset – Entering a new password with ‘+’ would not save the password properly and user cannot login

  • Pickup Portal – Entering a new password with ‘+’ would not save the password properly and user cannot login

Deliver – Issue with using Line Breaks in No Sign Field

• Resolved an issue when Delivering on the site where using a Line Break in the ‘No Sign Field’ would not save the Package properly

  • The ‘No Sign Reason’ on Receipt Details will now display all information as expected

  • Modifying the Package will now pull in the Receipt details onto the Receive/Modify screen as expected

Android

Verified Status Showing Recipient Data in Cell and Email Fields

• Resolved an issue where Verifying a package, Receiving/Modifying that package on that same handheld, and finally syncing would save the Cell and Email into the Verified status as well

USPS PDX – Enhancements to UI

• USPS PDX page (/pdxsettings.php) has been updated:

  • State field is now a dropdown, defaults to blank for initial setup

  • Upload Interval wording has been updated

• Checked that USPS PDX still uploads to the PDX Gateway site with these changes

False Positive for Root on TC20

• Resolved an issue with the TC20 and XT30 where users could not login to their device when using versions between v3.8.5 – v4.0.9

Direct Delivery not saving Recipient Info

• Resolved an issue where the Receipt Information would not save correctly when Direct Delivering if the the Signed by Recipient and/or Location was not in the Recipient Database when using version between v3.8.4 – v4.0.8

REST API

Recipient is being Saved during REST PUT Request

• Resolved an issue where the REST Receipt API PUT Request would automatically add the Recipient and Location to the Recipient and Location database when it should only be saving the Receipt with the information provided
