Features

Package Tracking

Reports – Update Reports Screens to Have ‘Locker Status Only’ Flag and status for ‘Released Packages’

• A Locker Statuses Only option has been added under Package Status that can be selected to display any Packages currently assigned to a Locker Status, making it easier for Reports that involve Lockers.
  • This change has been made for the Find Package, Current Undelivered, Received Today, and Delivered Today report screens.
• Find Package now has an option under Package Status called Released.
  • Using Released will display any package that has a status with the Released Flag, making reporting for all packages that have left the Package Tracking system much easier.

License Plate – Display Custom Name on Printout

• The Manifest Label Template has been updated to now show the custom display name for the License Plate
• The Route Manifests (or License Plates if routing is disabled) report screen has been updated to rename the Route column to Manifest Name and the Manifest column renamed to Manifest ID.

Reports – Add Route to the CSV/Excel Exports

• The CSV and Excel exports that are created from any Report screen will now display a column called Route when Routing is enabled.

Action – Package Count Moved to top

• The Action screen now shows the Package Count displayed at the top.

Lockers

Email/SMS – Add Locker Size as Keywords

• Locker, Locker Size, and Expiration have been added to the Email/SMS Communication Rules.
• This will allow the Package Tracking System to automatically define and send this information out with Emails and SMS when configured.

Receive – Add Lock Option to Locker and Box Size

• Added the ability to lock the Locker and Box Size fields on the Receive screen.
• If a Location does not have the Locker/Locker Group associated to it, then will reset and unlock the Locker field.

Receive – Move Locker Section to the Right of Package Information

• The Locker section on the Receive screen will be moved from the bottom to the right where there is extra space not being used.

Rest API

REST API – Add Ability to Save Recipient during Receipt PUT Request

• Added the ability to save a Recipient to the Recipient Database when using the REST API PUT Send Receipts Request by using the importRecipient flag.

Enhancements

Package Tracking

Modify – Fields not properly formatting Modified Data

• Resolved an issue where all fields on the Receipt Details screen were not displaying the Modified Fields synced via the Handheld in Bold/Italicized to indicate they were updated.

Reports – Delivery Ref not displaying for CSV/Excel reports

• Resolved an issue when exporting CSV/Excel Reports that include Delivery Reference, no information was populating under the header ‘Delivery Ref’.

Deliver – Watermark fails to Display

• Resolved an issue where the default watermark on newly created or existing sites shows as a black box when signatures were captured.

Location Label – Remove Colon in ‘displayname’ if Location Description is Empty

• Resolved an issue when printing Location Labels using the ‘displayname’ as a datasource field, it would insert a colon at the end if it was empty.

Parsing – Leading ‘0’ on some Service Values not Showing in New UI

• Resolved an issue where some Services whose Values have a leading `0` in their settings would omit the ‘0’, causing tracking numbers containing them to not parse when receiving packages.

Recipient Import – Location Name Not Updating When Importing Using Same LocId

• Resolved an issue where the Location field would not update when providing the correct Location ID column in a Recipient Import.

TNO Parsing – Canada Post DELVTONIGHT Not Parsing

• Resolved an issue where one of the System Rules for CANADA_POST is only parsing certain Services

Email preview – hide CSS

• Resolved an issue where previewing the emails containing Signature/Proof of Delivery images on the Receipt Details screen, CSS code was visible in the email body.

Pickup Portal

Pickup Portal – Add Multiple Cost Centers, Comma Separated

• Resolved an issue where assigning Multiple Cost Centers to a Portal User would not display any of the associated packages for the associated Cost Centers.

ANDROID

Android – Have Device Check Uploaded Receipt DB Before Sync Success

• Resolved an issue where customers would be presented with a ‘Sync Success’ message after syncing the handheld, but the synced data would be missing from the site.
  • If the sync check fails 3 times, then a message will display stating ‘Receipt upload progress was not successful’ and to try again.
