Package Tracking
Widget – Create a Transaction Count Widget

Transaction Widget has been added to Dashboard for Admin and Support users
-
Placeholder displayed if no transactions are present

All status change events are included in the count

Logic is as follows:
-
If the contract start is greater than a year ago from today’s date, then the widget will count all transactions from the last 365 days from today and current time
-
If the contract start is less than a year ago from today’s date, then the widget will count all transactions from contract start up to today and current time

SSO – ssologinfailed.php Font Change

SSO Login Failed page (/ssologinfailed.php) has been updated
Receive – Retain Toggle Locked Fields Data When Modifying Verified Packages
-
Resolved an issue where locking fields on the Receive screen were clearing when you would scan a package that has been ‘Verified’ prior
-
Toggles now remain locked.

Recipient Name now gets highlighted if modifying a Verified package
-
When using License Plates, the fields will now stay locked
Receive – Recipient Name not Highlighting when Modifying a Verified Package

Resolved an issue where ‘Verify’ in the Recipient Name field would not highlight
-
Note: This logic will not apply to sites with ‘Allow Duplicate Barcode Detection’ enabled or systems with Purchase Orders enabled

Reports – Include Package History Not Displaying (Most Current) Release Statuses

Resolved an issue where the current status was not displaying in the CSV or Excel Exported Report file
Tracking Number Format – Carrier System Rule Changes from One Site Reflecting on Other Sites sharing the Database
-
Resolved an issue where Carrier System Rules were applying for all accounts on the same database
-
When “Rule Order” is changed for a System Rule, that system rule is set as disabled and an enabled customer copy is made of that rule with the updated order
-
When “Disable Rule” is changed for a System Rule, that system rule is set as disabled and a disabled customer copy is made of that rule (customer copy can be properly enabled)

Support users are able to edit customer copies of System Rules, editing service and such works as expected
-
System Rule changes no longer affect other customers if edited on a customer
-
When System Rule is disabled both the “Rule Order” and “Disable Rule” fields will be marked as disabled, including on hover over
-
Checked that when a Carrier is disabled and then enabled again that their rules are properly restored
-
User Event Widgets – Not Showing Package Counts Until One is Delivered // Not Calculating All Packages User Has Delivered

Resolved an issue where the ‘Deliveries by User’ and the ‘Your User Events’ widgets were not updating until the package was Delivered
-
Resolved an issue where the ‘Deliveries by User’ and the ‘Your User Events’ widgets were not displaying statuses unless that user had initially Received in the package
Reports – Update CSV Export Button to match Excel Export Button

Receive – Contents Should not be Mandatory When Setting Disabled
-
Updated ‘Package Contents’ so that they are not required when empty
-
When ‘Track Package Contents?’ is enabled and ‘Contents are mandatory when receiving a package’ is disabled:
-
Contents are not required to be filled in to Receive the package
-
If a Contents has data entered into it and a ‘Contents Field’ is set to Required, then you cannot Receive the package until the Required Content Field(s) conditions are met
-
If Contents field has data entered into it and then cleared out, you should be able to Receive in a package
-

When ‘Track Package Contents?’ is enabled and ‘Contents are mandatory when receiving a package’ is enabled:

Contents are required to be filled in partially
-
If a Content field is set to ‘Required’, then that field must be filled in before you can Receive Package
-

S3 Disabled – Contactless and Signature images don’t display in emails
-
Resolved an issue where Contactless and Signature Images would not display in emails when S3 is disabled
Find Package – “Picked” status for delivered packages doesn’t display on Reports
-
Resolved an issue where the “Picked” status was not displaying on CSV, Excel, and PDF reports properly
Current Undelivered – MSR Swipe Parsing Not Working for Badge Id Field
-
Resolved an issue where the “Badge ID” field on ‘Current Undelivered’ was not parsing the scanned in badged like it did on the Old UI
Admin- Log Failed Login Attempts
-
Add a “Failed User Login Attempts” screen under ‘Admin → Security’
-
‘Name’ populates with the User that was locked out
-
‘Account Locked Date’ displays timestamp using time zone for the customer
-
‘Account Locked By’ displays the IP address the lockout occurred
-
‘Locked From Handheld’ displays “Yes” or “No” for if the lockout occurred on the handheld
-
‘Package Tracking User’ displays the permission level of the user
-
-
Record for user is cleared upon clearing the lockout, will retain data for 3 months in a future ticket
Receive – Label quantity doesn’t auto reset to ‘0’ when applicable
-
Resolved an issue where the Receive screen would not reset the ‘Label Count’ to the default value set for the server when the form is cleared or submitted
Find Package – “Any” field filter breaks on unencrypted accounts
-
Resolved an issue where the ‘Any’ field was not working as intended on the “Find Package” screen for certain accounts
Android – Unable to login when password has + in it
-
Resolved an issue where User Passwords that had a ‘+’ character would not allow them to log into the Android application
-
Changed performed server side with Android APK v4.0.8 in mind
Android – Deliver, Sync, then Re-Receive and Deliver is Losing the 2nd Receive Status
-
Resolved an issue where Verifying or Receiving in a package on the handheld that is already in the system and then Delivering without a sync in between, would not display the second Receive status in the history
-
Changed performed server side with Android APK v4.0.8 in mind
TNO Carrier/Rules – Disabled carrier/rules still being triggered

Resolved an issue where disabling a Carrier Rule would still be triggered, even when disabled
-
Carrier and Carrier Rules now properly disable when set as disabled
-
NOTE: If you need to regenerate carrier rules just disable and re-enable a rule to get the system to update
-
REST API
Get Receipts REST API – Handle signature and contactless delivery images
-
‘GET RECEIPT’ and ‘GET RECEIPT SEARCH’ both now return signature and contactless images when applicable
-
Ensured that that signature and contactless images still properly display in the UI
TZ REST API – Recipient Email Reverts to Imported Data When REST API Updates Status from TZ Locker Integration
-
Resolved an issue with the TZ REST API where the Location and Email Fields were being reset upon being sent to TZ Lockers Server
