In an effort to use the best tools to support our customers, Ubiquia is switching its Remote Access and Support Tool for the support of Android devices. Ubiquia will now be utilizing TeamViewer QuickSupport and discontinuing SOTI MobiControl.
TeamViewer will allow Ubiquia to support your mobile devices instantly and securely. TeamViewer is secured by end-to-end 256-bit AES encryption, two-factor authentication, and other industry-grade security features. TeamViewer is also certified according to SOC2, HIPAA/HITECH, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 9001:2015, and complies with GDPR.
This switch will have minimal impact on your use of Ubiquia products if any. TeamViewer supports Android devices 5.0 and higher. As Ubiquia will be discontinuing its use of MobiControl, if you utilize MobiControl’s device lockdown feature,
