• Package Tracking
  • Updated the Visit Delta Report Widget report to display Missing Location results when not scanned at all
  • Password security increased – Users cannot reuse the last 10 passwords
  • Search as you type updated to support special characters with accents
• Pickup Portal
  • Reference Number has been added as a search option to the Shipping Report page
  • Reference Number is now available in the CSV and PDF Exports

  • Email Address Changes
    • No email address sent and not in Package System – The Package Receipt will update the email address through the Receipt API
    • 1 email address – The Package Receipt will update the email address in Package Tracking  System through the Receipt API
    • Has more than 1 email address – The Package Receipt will not update the email address in Package Tracking System through the Receipt API 
      
  • Updated the Email Template for Userfield 4 to remove the extra space at the end

Enhancements

• Package Tracking
  • Resolved an issue where reports were not in a consistent time format and causing issue. Reverted back to 24 hour format for consistency
  • Resolved an issue where the Quick Find reports were still showing all packages even when ‘Show Only Undelivered Packages’ was enabled
  • Removed ‘Saved as Report’ from the ‘User Event Reports’ as this was not intended to be used with this report
  • Visit Delta Report was not accurately displaying Daily, Weekly, and Missed visits
  • Resolved an issue where Storage Reports would display the same tracking number multiple times
  • Resolved an issue where adding images to existing packages would only accept .JPEG. Now supports .GIF .JPEG and .PNG
  • Added the PO Number field to the Multi-Receive screen when enabled
  • Resolved an issue where changing a package would not show it on the Retrieve screen
  • Resolved an issue on the Find Package screen where selecting Classification would not filter the search
  • Resolved a console error in Internet Exporter 11 on the Receive page
  • Resolved an issue with the Package Statistics report not accounting for “Released” packages
• Asset Tracking
  • Resolved an issue where the Image would not upload when creating a new Asset
  • Resolved an issue where the label would not print when creating a new Asset

• Pickup Portal
  • Resolved an issue where Images, Attachments, and Package Contents were not being displayed on the Receipt Detail screen when logged in as a Pickup Portal user.
  • Resolved an issue where you could not delete Departments under the Admin → Pickup and Shipping
  • Resolved an issue where making changes via the ‘Action’ screen would not update the ‘Pending Pickup’ packages to the Recipients Delivery Route
  • Country and State are now properly being carried over to the Ship Screen when created (affected only French version of SqBx)
  • Receipt Status field limit has been increased. Affected the Pending Approval and Declined statuses
• SqBx on iOS
  • Resolved an issue with the Single Receive screen with Formulas
  • Resolved an issue where the decimal place in the Charges field was not working as intended
