April 2018 Release Notes

ATTENTION ALL USERS WE HAVE IMPORTANT RELEASE NEWS: With this release some user may need to clear their browser cache and delete their browser history prior to log in.

Howdy SqBx Users, your SqBx team is pleased to announce the latest release of your SqBx tracking system. There were several feature updates this release to enhance your SqBx experience and provide you with more features, settings and options.

For our SqBx Portal Users:

SqBx offers a portal that can be used for several things inside your organization. Portals are commonly used for interoffice tracking, ship requests, desktop shipping and more. Team SqBx wanted our portal account users that are using the ship request functionality know that we have updated several of the fields on the ship request page. An administrator can now set up certain input fields on the ship request form as required or mandatory. For example, you can now make the ‘Insure For’ field and ‘Bill to Carrier’ account fields mandatory. Other enhancements to ship requests include the ability turn on a units of measure field.

Reporting Updates:

SqBx offers a variety of standard and ad hoc reports and reporting tools. We are currently undergoing some major reporting enhancements to improve SLA (Service Level Agreement) tracking for all of our clients who adhere to certain SLA rules. There is a new report for the SLA tracking feature. In addition to the SLA enhancement users can now add the route column (if desired) to their User event report for better agent tracking on their route.

Other Enhancements:

SqBx multi-scan functionality has now been updated so that the following screens will have an added package total count on each of them to help you stay accurate when performing multi-scan functions: multi-receive, scan to modify, actions, retrieve, store package, deliver and routes. Most of you know that you can upload attachments to any package record. In this release we have added AEX file type as an acceptable upload type. SqBx offers an asset tracking module that is an excellent tool for managing fixed assets. Many fixed assets have a maintenance schedule that also needs tracking and SqBx provides the communication tools you need for maintenance, alerts including usage and dates.
