As a valued SqBx customer, it is our mission to provide you with excellent customer service.
We want to inform you that our data center providers will be migrating our servers from Saturday May 6th – Tuesday May 9th. Once the database migration is complete, our provider will then move our other resources over to the new location over the next two days. With this migration, you may experience some minor latency in the system starting Saturday, May 6th lasting possibly into Tuesday, May 9th. This is the date provided to us for the completion of full migration of all resources to the new location.
Team Ubiquia will be monitoring this migration over the weekend and testing once each phase is complete to ensure that the system is operational.
We are doing everything that we can to ensure that this migration is as seamless as possible for our customers. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach our to Ubiquia support and we will do everything that we can to assist you.
