SqBx is proud to be certified by the United States Postal Service. We are an authorized tracking software provider for its Delivery Partner Project. With the ability to exchange data with the USPS system, SqBx helps ensure accurate event codes are reflected for a package status. Many organizations, especially Universities and Colleges, across the country have issues where a package shows delivered on the USPS site but that package has not yet reached its final recipient.
The USPS Delivery Partner Project data exchange program enables your organization or campus push codes to the USPS tracking site that show when package was tendered at your organization, the recipient has been notified for pick up and final delivery. Having the USPS site accurately reflect a package delivery status saves customer service time and improves communication with your internal customers.
This project is known as the USPS Delivery Partner Project was sponsored by a coordinated effort between USPS and the National Association of College and University Mail Services. NACUMS is dedicated to educating and improving the higher education mail services arena.
For our SqBx customers, this feature saves time and ensures the best possible experience for your internal customers. Facilitate your workflow by using event codes that are displayed on the USPS site to show when a package has been received at the mail center, when the recipient has been notified, and once the final delivery has been complete.
We look forward to working with our campuses and organizations alike that need help setting up this SqBx feature. Contact your SqBx representative today at 1-800-2668-6296 to learn more about this time saving, customer experience enhancing feature to your SqBx account.
